We can’t fix this because it’s an issue in Absynth 5. I’ve confirmed both the plug-in in Logic Pro X and in Unify do this. NOTE: for some reason pitch bend down causes Absynth 5 volume to go away. I'm no expert, but from what I've seen I think it's logic itself that's the problem, quite possibly the mixer (as often it crashes at particularly loud moments, and every time I put a compressor of one of the tracks).Īlso in the crash report it says "Thread 16 Crashed" which makes lots of references to "mixer strip":Ġ libSystem.B.dylib 0x00007fff804369ce _semwait_signal_nocancel + 10ġ libSystem.B.dylib 0x00007fff804368d0 nanosleep$NOCANCEL + 129Ģ libSystem.B.dylib 0x00007fff804933ce usleep$NOCANCEL + 57ģ libSystem.B.dylib 0x00007fff804b29a1 _abort + 113Ĥ libSystem.B.dylib 0x00007fff804b2a05 abort_report_np + 0ĥ 0x00000001003b3226 std::_Rb_tree, std::_Select1st >, std::less, std::allocator >::_M_erase(std::_Rb_tree_node >*) + 98486Ħ libSystem.B.dylib 0x00007fff804241ba _sigtramp + 26Ĩ 0x000000010035a146 void std::_introsort_loop >, long>(_gnu_cxx::_normal_iterator >, _gnu_cxx::_normal_iterator >, long) + 58566ĩ 0x0000000100353c8f void std::_introsort_loop >, long>(_gnu_cxx::_normal_iterator >, _gnu_cxx::_normal_iterator >, long) + 32783ġ0 0x00000001003514a6 void std::_introsort_loop >, long>(_gnu_cxx::_normal_iterator >, _gnu_cxx::_normal_iterator >, long) + 22566ġ1 0x0000000100356e02 void std::_introsort_loop >, long>(_gnu_cxx::_normal_iterator >, _gnu_cxx::_normal_iterator >, long) + 45442ġ2 0x000000010034f52a void std::_introsort_loop >, long>(_gnu_cxx::_normal_iterator >, _gnu_cxx::_normal_iterator >, long) + 14506ġ3. Special 20 Price for this library until October 1st Library now includes all 149 Patches in Unify format. This is on a MacPro, most recent version of Logic and Abynth4. This is growing frustrating - 3rd crash in 15 minutes, even after I upgraded to 8gb of ram today (with 5.5gb free - looks like this isn't the problem after all). Hi Guys, If I load an instrument channel strip that includes Absynth 4 then Logic Pro hangs using 100 cpu, I have to force quit it. Yes I upgraded Play a couple of days ago to try to solve the problem but with no luck.
